New publication: ‘Should legal education be transformative?’

Dr. Edward David, the McDonald Centre's Postdoctoral Fellow, was recently invited to write an essay on character formation by Anton Sorkin, who edits the Journal of Christian Legal Thought, a peer-reviewed publication of the Christian Legal Society.

The essay, 'Should legal education be transformative?' is available on the Oxford Research Archive (ORA) and in Volume 13, Number 2, of the journal online (pp. 22-28).

Other contributions to the same issue are by David VanDrunnen (“Law and the Cardinal Virtues”), Kenneth Townsend (“The Necessity of Hope in Legal Education”) and others.

The essay has already been cited by Malona et al in their article on legal education and culture.
